The Sacred Work of Rupture

The chapters that follow are not linear. They loop. They return. They contradict themselves. Because that is what grief does. What survival does. What resurrection does.

Each lesson is a scar. A place where the rupture healed, but left its mark. And the marks are beautiful. Sacred. Necessary.

I do not offer you these lessons as someone who has figured it out. I offer them as someone who is figuring it out—in real time, in public, without the safety of disappearing.

Because I am done disappearing.

I am done creating safety by shrinking.

I am done telling myself that survival means silence.

This book is the sound of me surviving—out loud.
